New Monster Group: Giant Bugs

It just HAD to be bugs…

Hey everybody! We've got a fun new award-winning monster group for you today GIANT BUGS! This monster release includes:

Bug Lore for the 2 different main groups of bugs: Swarming Bugs—very weak individually, but they can easily overwhelm with their sheer numbers; and Mighty Bugs—large and powerful creatures that are nearly impervious to all damage!

• Important GM advice. Since bugs are a rather touchy subject at many tables, these critters are intentionally left generic so that you can flavor them in a way that suits your table.
• 7 new Swarming Bugs, with their own unique group ability: Swarming Pheromones.
• 6 new Mighty Bugs, with their own unique group ability: Chitinous Plating.
• Descriptions and quick tactical advice (with cool new combos) for each new monster—how to ease up or make an encounter far more difficult.
• Actually USEFUL Monster Loot for each of the 2 bug groups! Consumable items, weapons, and more.
• TPK alternatives in case things go sideways unintentionally.
• A BUG DRAGON legendary monster!

I feel like I'm really starting to nail down the amount and kind of information that is most useful to the GM and how to display it in such a way that it's quick and easy to reference when you need it. I like being able to fit all of the pertinent info on a single page or spread!

I think more than any other monster group, due to their unique mechanics, these need to be play tested very thoroughly so I'd be very appreciative for any feedback you all might have! Check out the Giant Bugs now »
