Nimble 3rd Party Creator License Update!

Hey all!
I wanted to announce a v2.0 update to the Nimble 3rd Party Creator License. There have been some questions about specific things that could use some clarity so before the new crowdfunder is launched I wanted to present the community with these updates.
What has changed?
- A " perpetual and irrevocable" note has been added (to avoid any OGL nonsense).
- What content is included under this license has been clarified: ALL text from ANY Nimble product (both current and future).
- For products for sale, what is an "original product" has been clarified (rather than needing to click through to an additional FAQ).
- Copyright date has been removed to prevent it from being out of date.
- Required attribution has been streamlined.
- Guidance regarding Online Apps/Tools/VTTS has been expanded and clarified. For free apps/tools/wikis/VTTs you can now use ALL of the text as you wish provided you include a simple notice (I'm looking forward to what you all create!).
- Restrictions, Rights Reserved & Legal Terms streamlined and clarified to make lawyers happy.
The goal is to make the Nimble system extremely friendly to 3rd party creators, eliminate the need for frequent future updates/FAQs, eliminate grey areas and confusion, and to foster a thriving community with helpful tools, wikis, apps, and more.

Nimble 3rd Party Creator License v2.0

This license is perpetual and irrevocable except upon violation.
Terms. You may use and reference ANY published Nimble text (current or future) in your own original products based on or compatible with Nimble (e.g., adventures, classes, subclasses, monsters, supplements) without Nimble Co.'s prior approval and retain all profits.
• Copying, restating, or summarizing large portions of text with little added content does not qualify as an original product.
• You may not use the Nimble art or logo (but may use a Nimble compatibility logo (nimbleRPG.com/creators). Your product must not appear to be an official Nimble product or endorsed by Nimble Co.
Required Attribution. Include in your product: “[Product Name] is an independent product published under the Nimble 3rd Party Creator License. Nimble © Nimble Co.”
Online Apps and VTTs. For free online tools/wikis/apps/VTT implementations, you may use any and all published Nimble text, provided it is completely free to use (optional donations to defray development/hosting costs permitted) and you include this notice prominently (banner, sidebar, welcome message, etc.):
“This [app/tool/etc.] is free to use for anyone who already owns the content, is trying the system out, or cannot afford to buy it right now. If you enjoy Nimble and are able, please support the game by purchasing the official content at nimbleRPG.com.”
Restrictions and Rights Reserved. We are not liable for claims related to your product, and you will not bring legal claims against us. Unless explicitly stated, this license does not grant copyright, moral, publicity, privacy, patent, or trademark rights. All other rights are reserved by Nimble Co. Nimble is provided AS-IS without warranties.
Legal Terms. You agree to indemnify Nimble Co. and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of this license, mutually where applicable, as permitted by law. This license may be terminated if you violate its terms; upon termination, cease distribution until resolved. Governed by Florida law. Disputes resolved in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida or state courts in Orange County, Florida. Unenforceable provisions reformed or severed without affecting the rest. Does not waive Nimble Co.'s legal privileges.
